Assessments
Children are formatively assessed, and their daily/weekly progress is shared with Parents. Termly reports are provided to parents as well as Parent/Teacher meetings, with information on their child’s development in all areas of learning.

Kindergarten Curriculum
In the early years, education is founded on a comprehensive framework of 8 interconnected Areas of Learning and Development, which inform the curriculum. Each of these areas is critical for fostering children’s holistic growth and development.

Assessments
Teachers will observe and assess each child in order to understand any progress and/or needs. These assessments are then used to shape teaching and learning experiences for each child. Parents are provided with termly reports and are able to meet with teachers three times a year.

Assessments
We use both formative continuous assessment and summative to assess our students. Our focus is more on continuous assessment throughout the term. This is a more effective way to support learning and progress. We use our internal data and external assessments assessment to drive the instruction.
